HIIT + Arms | Workout

Wednesday, aka Hump Day! And has it ever been a day! Luckily I managed to get a good sweat session in and I gotta say it feels good to be back on a routine. I mentioned that I wanted to incorporate HIIT workouts into my routine and today I did it! Check out my workout down below:

30 minutes HIIT running

Arms:

  • Alternating bicep curls 3×12
  • Tricep kickbacks 3×8
  • Shoulder Press 3×8
  • Prayer Pumps 3x30s
  • Lying Rear Delt Raise 3×7
  • Overhead tricep extension 3×6

As long as I don’t do any late night snacking, I should be groovy. Then again, I’ve been passing out at 8:30 almost every night, so that shouldn’t be a problem.

Back and Bi Day

Gah!!! Today has been busy already, but I managed to get my workout in so I can make a couple of calls and get some writing done. Keeping it short and sweet, the exercises I did today are down below.

Hammer curls: 3×6 (10lb each)
Back fly: 3×7 (10lb each)
Bend to Opposite Foot: 3×5 (10lb each)
Bicep Curls: 3×8 (10lb each)
Overhead Dumbbell Extension: 3×8(10lb)
Shoulder Press: 3×8 (10lb each)
